Homelessness

Veteran homelessness is a serious issue that every citizen wants to help prevent, and is even more concerning as weather becomes severe. Don't forget officers at all 88 County Veterans Service Offices (CVSOs) across Ohio can help provide guidance and valuable information with regard to homelessness. If you are a veteran in need or someone who simply wants to provide help in your community, find your local CVSO and reach out today.

Veterans who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless also can call or visit their local VA Medical Center or Community Resource and Referral Center where VA staff are ready to help. Additionally, veterans and their families may call (877) 424-3838 to access VA services.

Learn about VA programs for veterans who are homeless and share that information with others and explore how to work with the VA to end homelessness among veterans in your community.
